How to Make and Maintain a Blog!

I have decided that today I am going to share how I created this blog and what I have learned about maintaining a blog over time. I hope this might help inspire you to make your own blogs.

 Creating the Blog

1. The first step is to actually create the blog. My advice would be to use blogging sites such as:

These sites provide free service for their users, and they are very simple and easy to use. I personally used Blogger, which is why the link for my blog ends with '.blogspot.co.uk'.

You can then create the blog's layout and decide how you want it to look.

2. Specialise. Choose a unique name for your blog which shows clearly what kind of blog it is. For example, this blog is 'Teenbookreviewer'

3. Your first post should be an introduction to the blog. Some good advice would also be to create a page which tells people visiting your blog what kind of person you are. However, should you choose to remain anonymous, like me, you should not reveal too much about yourself.

Maintaining Your Blog

Press the 'New Post' button to begin writing a post

Write your post, then press the 'Publish' button to post your content on your blog.
